Services
The primary
function of CIOPS is to provide businesses both small and large with independent
professional support and advice for optimizing the utilization of their computer
resources. The provision of high quality products and services by CIOPS ensures that
these resources are integrated for maximum efficiency.
CIOPS support staff are
fully qualified professional engineers who complete comprehensive in-house training in
addition to their tertiary education. They supply, install and configure computer
networks and assist in the integration of the latest information technologies. These
services are backed-up with professional support services covering everything from remote
systems management to on-site maintenance and repairs.
In addition, CIOPS
provides project consultancy services and offers two primary annual support contract
vehicles, the Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) and the Network
Technical Assistance Agreement (NTAA). Benefits of these concise
agreements, and our recently introduced Knowledge Management Assessment
service, are outlined under:
Service 1 - TAA
unlimited on-site computer support designed to meet the needs of small to medium sized
companies that wish to ensure that their businesses do not incur the added penalty of
spiralling contractor repair costs in addition to lost staff time.
Service 2 - NTAA
comprehensive computer network support designed to meet the needs of companies with
networks that require a relatively predictable level of onsite engineer support time.
Service 3 - KMA
professional and comprehensive assessment designed to assist the information technology
and business planning of forward-looking small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's).
