Computer Integration and Optimisation Professionals is committed to supplying both
small and large businesses with business computer solutions, independent professional
advice and support on their computer systems. CIOPS is fully committed to providing
adequate resources and trained personnel to perform all qualitycritical functions,
and has given careful consideration to planning its business systems to ensure that a
quality service is provided to customers.
The scope of CIOPS business
covers the integration, installation, servicing and support of computer systems and
peripherals, including advising on and purchasing hardware and software. CIOPS
Quality System complies with AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994, which covers relevant contractual and
customer requirements. Any elements of the Standard deemed inapplicable to the current
Quality System are subject to annual review, to ensure that the Quality System remains
closely aligned with the philosophy and operation of CIOPS.
The Quality System will be regularly
reviewed and audited to ensure continuing compliance with the Standard, and to ensure that
customers needs and expectations are identified and met. A Quality Officer has been
appointed by management as CIOPS representative in quality matters. The Quality
Officer is responsible for co-ordinating documentation and activities so that CIOPS
achieves its quality goals, and all employees of CIOPS are involved in maintaining the
Quality System, particularly in regard to customer service. Training in the Quality System
shall be provided for all employees. As General Manager I am committed to the use of the
Quality System to ensure that CIOPS provides leading edge service in the field of computer
engineering.
