Quality Policy Statement

 

CIOPS Australia Pty Ltd – The Computer Integration and Optimisation Professionals – is committed to supplying both small and large businesses with business computer solutions, independent professional advice and support on their computer systems. CIOPS is fully committed to providing adequate resources and trained personnel to perform all quality–critical functions, and has given careful consideration to planning its business systems to ensure that a quality service is provided to customers.

The scope of CIOPS’ business covers the integration, installation, servicing and support of computer systems and peripherals, including advising on and purchasing hardware and software. CIOPS’ Quality System complies with AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994, which covers relevant contractual and customer requirements. Any elements of the Standard deemed inapplicable to the current Quality System are subject to annual review, to ensure that the Quality System remains closely aligned with the philosophy and operation of CIOPS.

The Quality System will be regularly reviewed and audited to ensure continuing compliance with the Standard, and to ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are identified and met. A Quality Officer has been appointed by management as CIOPS’ representative in quality matters. The Quality Officer is responsible for co-ordinating documentation and activities so that CIOPS achieves its quality goals, and all employees of CIOPS are involved in maintaining the Quality System, particularly in regard to customer service. Training in the Quality System shall be provided for all employees. As General Manager I am committed to the use of the Quality System to ensure that CIOPS provides leading edge service in the field of computer engineering.
