QI proprietary limited presently has assets under applications in:

u	Indonesia

Western Australia

Applications are presently being reviewed by the WA Department of Mines for tenements areas. Once permits are approved preliminary estimates will be ascertained.

Indonesia

The Indonesia application is for a PSC (Production Sharing Contract) with BP MIGAS/Government Oil and Gas Department.  It is the concession for extraction of oil and gas in Indonesia. The tenement area is not owned by the company but by the government. BP MIGAS is a Government Oil and Gas Department and is under the direction of the Ministry of Oil and Gas. The location is highly prospective and already has production wells that have been shut-in.

QI proprietary limited is presently negotiating assets in two other locations.
